In today's world there is an immense focus on being motivated and taking constant action towards your goals. Everyone tells you that you shouldn't quit or lower your intensity before you have reached your goal and I totally agree with this statement.

However, sometimes you can start to feel a little burned out, especially after taking action for a long period of time. Feeling burned out is one of the worst things that can happen when it comes to you taking action and reaching your goals, it can put a stop to everything and therefore you must overcome it immediately.

The easiest way to stop feeling burned out is to take preventive action and avoiding that it happens in the first place. In this article I am going to share with you the most common mistakes people make that makes them feel burned out and stops them from taking action.

The first mistake most people make when it comes to not feeling burned out is that they fail to control the filter in which they perceive the world through. You have to understand that you can't control external circumstances, but you have a very powerful ability and this is the ability to interpret external circumstances in any way you like. A lot of times people feel burned out, because they take a lot of action and then something negative happens. They then interpret this negative thing as all of their action being useless and this of course to them becoming jaded and feeling burned out.

If you control your ability to interpret external circumstances you can choose to see that "failure" as a challenge that is going to push and make you perform better than you could have ever performed yourself. By doing this you have suddenly changed the feeling of being burned out to a feeling of being driven and wanting to push harder than you have ever pushed before.

The next mistake people make is that as soon as they start feeling burned out they just stop and consequently lose all of their momentum. The best thing you can do in these situations is to keep moving forward and pushing through the barrier being presented. By doing this you will quickly see that you regain your momentum and suddenly you start feeling motivated again.

Follow these techniques in your own life and avoid becoming jaded and burned out.
